Egypt is many worlds in one; a nation of layers, eras, and living symbols.
That’s why we used (patchwork) as a metaphor for these cultural layers — from ancient Egyptians, to the stars that fill the skies of our desert oases, to folk symbols like “khamsa w khmeisa”, and earthy tones inspired by our fertile land.
To ground all this heritage in modernity, we used (traditional white linen), reminiscent of what our ancestors wore, but cut into contemporary silhouette that speak to today’s generation.
Made from repurposed offcuts from Nada Akram’s production, with a zero-waste vision.
